A Pyraminx is a 3 dimensional twisty puzzle with 4 equal sized triangle shaped sides, which forms a tetrahedron. Each side has 3 tips (3 colors), 3 edges (2 colors) and 3 centers (one color). The puzzle is also sometimes called a "pyramid cube". The puzzle is solved by matching the colors on each side The colors of a Pyraminx is mostly standard (Red, Yellow, Green and Blue).
The solving process generally involves matching the centers, then inserting edges in the correct position and twisting the tips to match the centers. The Pyraminx is easier to solve than a traditional 3x3 cube.
